    may inside man ba ang mga gangs sa PCSO?

    iniisip ko lang what if may isang tao sa PCSO na siyang taga-turo kung sino ang mga nanalo ng jackpot. puede mangyari di ba? ang gagawin lang ng mga gang ay maglagay dun sa taong yun.

      posible yan pre. sa hirap ng buhay sa pinas posible na mag-sideline yung mga empleyado ng PCSO na maging "point man"

        posible talaga yan. Kung yung ngang mga banko nadadale ng inside man eh why not yung PCSO

          what if there's a betting machine somewhere that will print the winning ticket AFTER the draw. Only PCSO people can do that since only them can verify if the ticket is legit or was printed w/in the legit timeframe prior to the drawing.
